Has shown some fair form so far in all his three runs although he might not have been seen to best effect last time at Musselburgh making his move too fast from off the pace. Remains open to improvement and proved he can act on soft going although he might be suited by 6f in future.
Had recorded three fair runs in maidens all over 5f before being well beaten on soft ground at Carlisle last time out with conditions not looking to suit at all. Could do with the ground drying out here if he's to run up to his previous form on a better surface.
From a stable that has been churning out juvenile winners all season he's been rather disappointing so far not improving for his debut run. Ground an unknown here as both of his starts so far have come on top of the ground and has questions to answer in form and ground terms.
Shaped very well on her debut at Ripon over 5f although she probably needs further than this in time as she did her best work at the finish on that occasion. Should have plenty of improvement in her after running green last time although this trip could just be on the short side given how she ran on her debut.
Made favourite on her debut she couldn't live up to the billing of her position in the market but still showed plenty of promise and finished one place in front of Corton Lass. She's bred to be sharp so this 5f should show her to best advantage and she' very much the type to progress although it will be interesting to see how the market treats her in relation to Corton Lass.

Forecasts
Palmer (13/8), Kalagia (2/1), Rockin Fella (5/1), Ventura Gold (7/1), Corton Lass (11/1), Le Gros Serpant (20/1)
Both Corton Lass and Kalagia should come on from their debut runs when they were fourth and third respectively at Ripon although the former might just need a little further than this 5f even though it is a stiff one. Rockin Fella and Ventura Gold have questions to answer on the ground if it remains soft and PALMER may be able to put his experience to good use. He wasn’t seen to best effect last time and with a more efficient ride this time around he could get off the mark here at the fourth attempt especially as he’s already shown he can act with cut in the ground.
- Palmer
- Kalagia
- Corton Lass
