Dylan Thomas filly has shaped nicely in three AW maidens so far, she her first chance on the turf now as she makes her handicap debut and is very much one to note.
Maiden winner on the AW in Britain in November 2015 but has mostly been toiling since, including since joining this trainer. Beaten 18L over 7f at Naas five days ago, goes up significantly in journey now.
Consistent performer went close here last month and since scored over shorter trip at Cork, has been raised 5lb on that ½L success but not certain to halt ambitions.
Winner at Naas around this time last year on the Flat but well beaten on hurdles debut last time. Trainer capable of improving these sort but may need more time.
Registered one win a season for the last three years, so been very much a matter of catching her right. Handily treated just now and ran well enough at Roscommon 13 days ago to warrant a second look.
Second in competitive C&D handicap last month, not quite as good since over the mile at Listowel but could easily take a hand in this now back up in trip.
Has won here before, was well below best on return from a layoff over C&D last month however. Is now 4lb below previous winning mark if coming on for that run.
Returned from 262-day layoff with comprehensive defeat over 7f at Roscommon earlier this month. Seven-race maiden has plenty to work on currently.
Only previous win came in 2013, no suggestion in three runs this term that another success is looming, including when going down 7½L over C&D last month.
Last win came off a 10lb higher mark over 1m4f at Tramore last August, has been running fair races this season so far and weighted to go in again soon surely.
A 21-race maiden, he's 11lb out of the handicap for this and has no discernible form in the book that suggests he might defy the odds (First Reserve).

Plenty with questions over them here but also quite a few runners that are known to have the answers on the right day. Queluz obliged sevens day ago at Cork and despite going up 5lb has been running consistently enough to warrant serious consideration for the follow-up attempt. Handicap debutant Nivvo is worth monitoring while Lady Ranger could easily pop up somewhere soon. Cool Artist went very close over C&D last month and is respected but ROCKVIEW EMPEROR is now 10lb below previous winning mark and he has been running decent races this term. His turn is also surely going to come round again soon.
- Rockview Emperor
- Queluz
- Cool Artist
