Broke her maiden off a mark of 85 over 6f at the Curragh (good) last month, since beaten 2¾L over same trip at Fairyhouse, looks competitive once more.

Will be 30lb higher for this than when scoring at Cork (6f, good to firm) last month but won at Listowel this month (7f, good) with any amount in hand and no certainty to be halted.

Well beaten in all three turf starts this year, latest by some 12L at the Curragh over 5f earlier this month. Has won over the trip on turf before but needs to sharpen up at the moment.

Filly was a maiden winner on the AW at Dundalk over 6f on final start last year, entitled to be competitive off this mark but hasn't hit top gear in pair of turf starts this season.

Just behind Solar Halo over this trip at the Curragh last month, since run another fine race over 1m at the same track, 5lb claim makes things very interesting now.

Maiden winner at Dundalk over 6f (AW) in November, returned with lacklustre effort at Limerick (7f, good to firm) in April and must prove she's at home on turf having also run poor race in a maiden here on debut.

Has been running consistently well in four turf starts this season but unable to get off the mark and suggestion is that he'll need help from the assessor before doing so.

Excellent effort at Fairyhouse last time out when beaten less than 2L in second of 17 over 6f (good). Up 4lb for that run but unexposed on just fourth turf start and could well build on it.

Forecasts

Brave Display (7/2), Little Clarinet (4/1), A Little Bit Me (5/1), Solar Halo (5/1), Buddha Boy (6/1), Hunaina (7/1), Meetyouatthemoon (10/1), Red Sabor (25/1)

Verdict

BUDDHA BOY appeared booked for victory last time out at Fairyhouse over this trip when getting to the front in good style only for the winner to come from the clouds with a wet sail and fly by. Despite that, he was clear of the remainder in second spot and while raised 4lb, has scope to do better on this surface and can land some compensation now. The consistent Brave Display looks in need of some weight back while Solar Halo and Little Clarinet are closely matched and should be in the mix. A Little Bit Me hasn't been missed by the handicapper for an easy win at Listowel and while still on the up, is now 30lb higher than when winning just last month over the trip at Cork.
  1. Buddha Boy
  2. A Little Bit Me
  3. Little Clarinet
