Won a Wincanton bumper on debut for Philip Hobbs in April 2015, but yet to strike in 12 attempts over hurdles. Only able to muster midfield finishes of late and despite dropping in the ratings, has a welter burden to carry against a slightly lower grade of rivals.
14 race maiden, but placed from this mark (95) on his last two starts for Tom Symonds. Joined this trainer for £25,000 after his latest third placed effort at Hexham and interesting to see what a change of scenery does for him.
Well beaten in all three starts over hurdles, at or around two miles, but with a pedigree which suggests he will come into his own over further, so he's one to note for sustained market support now upped sharply in trip.
A ten race maiden who has been tried over a variety of trips on a variety of surfaces, but never over this far. Well beaten at Ffos Las earlier in the month and dropped 7lb in the weights and making just his fourth start for this trainer (ex Brian Rothwell trained).
Ran in three hurdles races, a chase and a bumper when trained by John Ferguson in 2013/14, but dropped off the radar screen before reappearing in the Point-to-Point field in 2015 when he was successful in all three starts. Back from an extended absence when pulled up on stable debut at Ffos Las last month and needs to be stronger over this more suitable trip.
Moderate when with previous trainer Ian Williams and bought for just £3,000 at Doncaster last month. Makes his stable debut, and whilst lightly raced over this kind of trip it's hard to see him being involved.
Not shown all that much form in bumpers or novice hurdles, but plugged on without threatening on her handicap debut (2m4f+) at Market Rasen earlier in the month (fifth of ten to Arboretum), and worth a try over this longer trip as a result.
Shown nothing whatsoever in terms of ability in six career starts, and already dropped 10lb since switched to handicapping. Tailed off when upped to 2m4f at Ffos Las latest and tries another new trip with tongue tie applied seeking improvement.
Nine race maiden with a handicap mark in free-fall since April 2014. Left Richard Lee, and off for exactly two years until last month's reappearance (stable debut) at Ffos Las. Some minor signs of improvement, but that's clutching at straws in all honesty and tries a visor for the first time from a mark of 73.

A dire novices handicap hurdle to wrap up the Uttoxeter action, so it's to be hoped that Peter Bowen can quickly recoup some of the £25,000 that he shelled out for the fourteen race maiden LIME STREET. Presumably he feels that there is something to work upon with this 95-rated Presenting gelding, and this race will take very little winning. Of the remainder, Kings Temptation has the profile of a horse that can do much better now upped in trip.
