Things haven't really gone to plan for this mare since winning a Warwick bumper for David Loder on debut in November 2015, and she fell on her hurdles debut at Ffos Las in October 2016. Joined this yard in 2017, but not masses to take from her two efforts so far, admittedly on soft ground latest.
Course winner (2m selling hurdle in July 2015), which is her sole career success since switched to England. However, often placed in lowly company, and might have gone close to winning at Fakenham earlier in the month but for steadying into the final hurdle. Slight stamina concerns.
Won over this kind of trip at Hereford in October 2016, and has been raced rather sparingly since perhaps seeking better ground. Still 6lb above her winning mark, but likely to draw considerable benefit from last month's reappearance at Stratford, and a major player at this level.
Irish point-to-point winner (2m4f) and placed in both a bumper and a novices' hurdle since joining current yard. However, posted a tame effort over further here last month and needs the drop in trip coupled with first time cheek-pieces to have a positive effect in order to be involved.
Placed four times from 16 starts over hurdles but never a winner, and well held in recent starts. Dropping in the weights, but needs to learn to drop the anchor if her stamina is to last out over this trip.
Mixed Flat racing with hurdling to good effect since early 2017, and has doubled up in Polytrack handicaps at Lingfield from a fairly lowly Flat mark. Probably well treated from this mark (83) over hurdles, and staying on well when runner up at Fontwell three weeks ago. Up 2lb.

Another hurdle race which lacks any strength in depth, with the obvious eye-catcher being the dual Polytrack Flat scorer Willyegolassiego. She's probably on a fair mark over hurdles and ran well at Fontwell recently, but at the likely forecast odds, a narrow preference is for MIDNIGHT GYPSY. She appears to have been handled sparingly for a summer campaign, with a drying surface likely to suit her down to the ground. With the benefit of a Stratford reappearance under her belt, she promises to be a great deal sharper this afternoon.
