Intikhab filly that is a half-sister to a handful of useful sprinters - some of whom progressed to be effective over 1m. Bit to prove over this trip as regards stamina but yard in good form and cannot be ruled out in what is likely to be a tactical affair.

Most experienced of the quartet but sets only a modest standard on official ratings. Posted a respectable effort over 10f last time but lacks the scope held by the rest.

Beat just one rival home on debut (over 1m) at Hamilton and hard to assess on the bare form. Possible she may improve for the additional 2f this afternoon; breeding suggests 10f should suit, so this daughter of Masterofthehorse is one to monitor carefully in the betting.

Form of her latest start looks solid and with the step up in trip expected to suit, William Haggas's filly; who is a half-sister to six winners between 1m and 1m5f and is the sole runner on the card for her Newmarket-based trainer, looks the one to beat..

Forecasts

Paradise Cove (4/7), Glorvina (3/1), Master Me (7/1), Alfa Queen (16/1)

Verdict

William Haggas has his string in really good order and it has to be noteworthy that he sends PARADISE COVE up from Newmarket for the modest prize-money on offer. The filly is sure to strip fitter after her seasonal return at Windsor and is expected to be well suited by this step up in trip. Glorvina has plenty of experience and proven stamina on her side, so poses a big threat, while Master Me also has scope to improve now she faces a sterner test of stamina after her making little impact on her racecourse bow. Alfa Queen represents an in-form yard, so is worth monitoring for signs of support.
