The market should tell us a fair bit here, given that this trainer's Zap was the one that finished 1L ahead of Red Force One at York last time. This colt was a 3L fourth of 11 on his Beverley debut, finishing around 3L ahead of Skyva there, so he looks more likely to have a say in the outcome here if handling these slower conditions.

Poet's Prince is a very interesting newcomer, though this looks a hot enough assignment and he may be one to note for next time given that so many of Mark Johnston's need their first run. The market should be a good guide to expectations regarding both he and The Right Choice. Green Power faces a tough task conceding weight to the field but that is not to say that this is beyond him, although RAYDIANCE, whom he conquered at Nottingham, should be able to make the most of the 6lb pull this time. Red Force One looks a serious player after a good debut and with his connections' excellent record here.
