Tried to make all at Killarney latest but brushed aside in closing stages, finding little for pressure. Rain here would help his cause, and in the main he jumps well, so not discounted, but becoming frustrating now.

Bit out of his depth last time out but was in the process of running a good race when unseating two out. Likely to revert to front running tactics here and may face competition for the lead, but any rain a plus and can't be ruled out with likely conditions ideal.

Was in the process of running a big race in a valuable handicap at Leopardstown when last seen, falling at the last when looking booked for the places. Not seen since then and likely to need the run, so best watched, but clearly has ability.

Verdict

No shortage of pacemakers here, and it may pay to look for something to come from off the pace. VELOCITY BOY is a bit more adaptable as far as tactics go and although he can front run, he's as happy held up, and can get on the board. Potters Point is a likely improver over this trip and looks a danger. Bentelimar is likely to need the run but would be a danger to all if fit and ready to go. Dicosimo clearly has ability but needs to dig in better when the pressure is applied.
