Hasn't taken to chasing, failing to complete in two starts, back over hurdles here. Would hold a decent chance if able to refind the form that saw him win at Kilbeggan last summer but a bit to prove now, and may need this after an absence. Risky, but not discounted.
Made hard work of landing the odds when only just holding off a 50-1 shot at Limerick when last seen in December, but second and third both won next time out to give the form a better look. Very green that day and gave impression of more to come, so high on shortlist here, with step up in trip likely to suit.
Mixes chasing with hurdling, and useful gelding at best, but all best efforts tend to come at trips shorter than this and latest effort at Tipperary (after an absence) wasn't great. Too much to prove at present.
Not disgraced in a Grade 2 event at Leopardstown last December but didn't back that run up in twp subsequent starts. Not seen since, likely to need this, and needs to improve on best form. Others preferred.
Has shown only very moderate form in point-to-points and has no realistic chance of victory here.
Well beaten on all starts to date and can't be realistically considered the winner here.
Good effort at Limerick in a handicap hurdle latest, stays well and likely conditions fine, but her form isn't of the same standard as a few here and although she gets a useful chunk of weight, others are still marginally preferred.
Cheekpieces for the first time tonight will need to have a major effect,as she's been well beaten in point-to-points and has no realistic chance here.

Forecasts
Coquin Mans (4/6), Be The Hero (9/2), Amaulino (5/1), Woodford Island (11/2), Aunt Alice (7/1), The Winkler (8/1), Spud's Trouble (50/1), Titan Jack (50/1), Aine's Double (50/1)
Just a handful with realistic chances and COQUIN MANS , who jumped slickly on debut, should improve plenty from that and can take the beating. Aunt Alice wouldn't be as classy as one or two here but is in form, and can hit the frame again. Woodford Island can take the bronze.
