Start out for a new yard her to see if that trainer change can work the oracle with regard to a win which he is without so far in 21 Flat starts. Mark continues to plummet although it remains to be seen if there is any ability still there.

Very bounced back to his best when ending a long losing run last time out at Fairyhouse landing a 1m2f apprentice event and goes unpenalised here. Conditions were good to soft on that occasion and the also appeared to appreciate the change of headgear although he has never gone this far on the Flat.

A winning hurdler who looked really well treated on the best of his form in that sphere when making use of a basement mark to win at Ayr last time out over this trip. Only raised 5lb for that win so still looks well weighted here as long as he handles the softer conditions (has been placed on heavy over hurdles).

Not easy to get on with but has been in consistent form so far this year without winning until disappointing on his last start although the 2m trip may well have been to blame. Others would look to have a better chance in this given his likely demeanor.

In nothing like the same form as he was when hitting a golden period in 2014 when he won four handicaps on the bounce here the last off a mark of 61. No Flat wins to his name since then and to be honest has shown very little encouragement of late.

Pretty poor handicapper with a Flat record of 1/24 and even the return of headgear last time out didn't appear to help. Respectable enough run at Musselburgh last time but really didn't threaten the leaders.

Forecasts

High Expectations (11/10), Mistiness (15/8), Buzz Boy (7/2), Our Kylie (6/1), Firestorm (8/1), Adrakhan (8/1), Ted's Brother (12/1), Operateur (20/1), Celtic Power (20/1), Jebulani (50/1)

Verdict

Connections did well to take advantage of HIGH EXPECTATIONS lowly Flat mark last time at Ayr and he still remains well treated even with just a 5lb rise. The other Irish raider Mistiness is also a danger as he also is unpenalised as he bids to follow up his win at Fairyhouse. Not many of the other s are really in good form and most of them will find it hard to compete with the market leaders although Our Kylie and Adrakhan may be able to run into a place.
