Related to winners over 1m and further, so this is again going to test his speed. Well beaten on recent Redcar debut and can improve on that, but from a wide draw he looks to have plenty on his plate.

Built on his Doncaster debut with a really good effort to finish just over 1L behind his winning stablemate at York last time in a stronger looking contest (6f, good to soft). That is the best form on offer here, he has an inside draw too and he looks likely to go very close.

Last of nine on his Ripon debut and never a threat at Redcar last time, though beaten less than 5L and still green enough. Should continue to improve, but doesn't appear to be one of his trainer's leading lights and this will demand a sizeable step up on what he had achieved.

£12,000 buy who is a half-brother to five winners, including one over 6f at two. Dam won over 1m½f in USA. Stable's turf juveniles not yet reached its usual strike rate, but couldn't be discounted purely on that basis and money for him would be interesting.

Plenty green enough on her recent Bath debut (5f, firm) when beaten just under 5L. Dam was placed over 5f/6f as a juvenile and is a half-sister to two juvenile Listed winners over 5f and 7f, so she has a decent pedigree and should be able to build on that first run.

Decent pedigree, though largely one that suggests at least 7f and more likely further than a mile will be her trip eventually. Stable has been in cracking form just lately, with its turf 2yos outperforming the yard's usual strike rate at 20% and it would be no surprise to see her involved.

Forecasts

Dontgiveuponbob (4/7), Sulafaat (5/1), Time For Treacle (7/1), Magnus (8/1), Jo's Girl (8/1), Flo's Melody (8/1), Tough Remedy (16/1), Stopwatch (20/1), Bad Dog (50/1)

Verdict

It is interesting that Paul Hanagan rides Flo's Melody here when she appears to be Richard Fahey's second string on what she has achieved on the racecourse, so don't rule out a significantly better effort, but it is DONTGIVEUPONBOB who gets the vote on the back of a good performance at York last time. Time For Treacle and Jo's Girl are others who look capable of being involved in the battle for prize money.
