Yet to score over timber but not beaten far in similar type event over 2m3f at Clonmel last month and, up in trip, has to be given a chance.
Most recent success came in August over fences at this venue, has been a bit out of sorts over timber since though certainly not out of the equation on best form.
Best run for some time came last month at Downpatrick over 2m1f on decent ground when beaten just over 2L off 90. Has since left Tony Martin for this yard, first-time hood tried on stable debut.
No win in 18 starts before landing Downpatrick handicap hurdle over 2m5f (good) last month, since scored again at Down Royal and while up another 5lb has to be in the reckoning if in the same mood.
Much improved effort at Wexford over 2m4f (good) last month on return from a short break. That was in a maiden and has to rank as a key player now switching into handicaps.
Has been chasing of late to little effect, yet to place in race under rules and first-time blinkers will have to work the oracle now.
Still a maiden after 11 starts under rules, ran a fine race on penultimate start at Downpatrick when under 2L away in second over 2m6f, though has since reverted to type at Punchestown ensuring its back to the drawing board here.
Unplaced in all six starts over timber, showing no improvement for switch to handicaps the last twice over 3m. Drops in trip here.
Seems happier at shorter and doesn't want the rain to arrive either, not looked like a winner in waiting on two runs since coming back from a break, and others readily preferred.
Its now 25 starts under rules without a victory, beaten 56L in a 2m5f handicap at Downpatrick last month. Has plenty to prove on current vein of form.
Just the four starts over timber thus far, has scope for improvement but needs to find it. Finished mid-division in 24-runner handicap at Punchestown last time over this sort of trip.
Hasn't managed to register a win from 18 attempts over timber, but most recent run over 2m3f at Clonmel was promising off this mark when beating less than 5L.
Nothing to get excited about in previous form and first-time blinkers are applied in the hope of sparking an improvement.
Decent effort last time at Wexford, this step up in trip should assist and first-time hood is now tried.
Remains a maiden after 17 outings and has plenty on to turn around last-time-out form with Station Closed in this contest.

Gordon Elliott appears to have worked the oracle with STATION CLOSED, who has now well and truly left his old form behind with a pair of convincing wins. He's up once more in the ratings but with an excellent jockey in the plate, he cannot be written off if continuing to thrive. Bold Sky rates a fair danger based on last month's showing in a maiden at Wexford, now going in handicaps, he should be in the winner's circle before long. Rockey Storm showed up well at Clonmel last time while Sir Jack Yeats would have a chance if reproducing his chase form from this track in August.
