Denplan Handicap Hurdle

Well beaten on all nine starts to date and latest switch of yards hasn't brought any improvement. Hard to fancy on all known form but the possible he will do better now switched to handicaps.

Promising start to his career for the Nicky Henderson stable but yet to win in 10 starts for this yard. Every chance at the last at Kempton last month before blundering his chance but signs were encouraging and he's been left on the same mark. Every chance he'll be thereabouts again.

Not won since 2015 and losing run now at 21. Not beaten far on return to hurdles last time though at Southwell and it would be no surprise to see him go one better. in this company.Well in at the weights (due to go up further with time) but the major step back in trip isn't certain to suit.

Four-time winner on the Flat but very little form over hurdles and handicap mark still looks a little stiff for what he has achieved in his hurdles career to date.

French Flat winner but very inconsistent in 13 starts over hurdles. Respectable effort over further last time and drop back in trip shouldn't prove much of an inconvenience, but he's not certain to build on that.

One win from 13 starts but he's worked his way down to near his last winning mark and gives the impression there's more races in him off this kind of mark. Needs a strong pace to aim at.

Useful on the Flat but not as consistent over hurdles. Shaped like he was in need of the run at Uttoxeter last time and has scored off this mark in the past but possibly a little long in the tooth now.
