Has shown gradual improvement in bumpers and landed one at Wetherby on her third start (hooded for first-time) and making her first start against her own sex. Gives weight away all round here but her experience will stand her in good stead.

Yard don't have a bad record in bumpers and this half-sister to the fair hurdler All The Eights is worth a look in the market.

Makes her bumper debut having been well held in her only completed start in Irish point-to-point. Yard record with bumper debutantes stands at 0/4.
First foal whose dam was a 2m-2m4f chase winner. Yard are 0/34 with bumper debutantes and 0/12 in this sphere in the last five years.
Runners from this yard are always to be respected in this sphere with a near 19% strike rate over the past five years and a 4/13 record at this track. This one is a half-sister to a bumper winner and has some other useful jumping relations in the pedigree and should take high rank in the market.
Cost just €1,600 as a four-year-old and is the second foal of a dam who is an unraced half-sister to the useful hurdler Arrive Sir Clive. Yard have a very modest record in bumpers over the last five years though and this one may be best watched on debut.

From a yard with a 28% strike rate in bumpers over the last five years that rises to 33% when you just consider their runners at this track. Given that record this one is well worth watching in the market here on debut.

From a mainly Flat yard that are always worth respecting with their jumps runners and are 6/26 in bumpers over the last five years and one from two here at Kelso. This half-sister to 5f-1m winner Gold Rambo is well worth keeping onside here given the record of the yard.

With a record of 0/18 in the last five years in bumpers it may be best to best to watch this mare by Josr Algarhoud on her debut.

Yard can have winners in bumpers but rarely on debut (record of 1/46 with debutantes since 1997). Dam was a bumper winner and she's a half-sister to the useful hurdler/chaser Jetstream Jack. Worth taking a look at on debut but yard's record with debutantes tempers enthusiasm.

Yard have not had a bumper winner in the last five years and this one hardly looked like improving that record when last of nine on debut at Market Rasen.
13
Horse silk
33/1
One of two runners in this race for a yard that have only sent out one bumper winner and looks to be the less fancied of the stables runners.

One of only three runners in the field that have experience although her form so far in three runs is modest to say the least. Finished third here on her debut and showed that she will be better suited by further when staying on late over 2m at Hexham recently and she may well find most of these two pacy for her around this sharp test.

Forecasts

Rubytwo (7/4), Our Sioux Sue (4/1), Rubydoobs (4/1), Heartasia (9/2), Western Lass (12/1), The Last Letty (12/1), Beryl N Jean (18/1), Lady Oatcake (25/1), Paper Promise (33/1), The Dawn Bandit (33/1), Miss Quest (40/1), Lady Margorie (50/1), Tibbie Tamson (66/1), Rambling Queen (150/1)

Verdict

Not a bad bumper for the track with a few decent types making their debut from stables that have good records in this sphere. Heartasia has been a steady improver in bumpers and produced a nice performance last time out but does have to concede weight all round here and that may prove just beyond her. The Jefferson and Richards yards run debutantes here and on the statistics that they have produced their representatives Our Sioux Sue and RUBYTWO merit the highest respect. Beryl N Jean is another that needs looking at in the market with The Last Letty a big price for one who comes from a yard that also have a good bumper record.
  1. Rubytwo
  2. Our Sioux Sue
  3. Beryl N Jean
