11/8
A Listed mares' bumper winner at Aintree a couple of years ago, she has won two her six starts over timber but did not run her race when down the field in a handicap hurdle at Ayr last time. She is much closer to home and can be expected to put up a far better show. Visored for the first time on her return to 3m.

11/4
Better chaser than hurdler, but has won twice over timber and can run off a 20lb lower mark over the smaller obstacles. Shaped well following a break in a Hexham handicap hurdle last time and the return to 3m should suit. Could well justify his trip from Ireland.

5/2
Winning chaser who has been running back over hurdles on recent outings. Returned from a lay-off to be third of seven at Market Rasen last month and should strip fitter. Each-way claims.

Still Believing42
Age: 9|  Weight: 11-7| J: Adam Wedge| T: Evan Williams| OR:  120| C| D
5/1
Genuine mare who mixes hurdles with chases. She is 13lb lower over timber so connections are currently going down this route, but her best recent efforts have been over the larger obstacles and she has a bit to find.

Forecasts

Hollies Pearl (11/8), Benenden (5/2), Heist (11/4), Still Believing (5/1), Minella Rebellion (6/1), Very Extravagant (8/1), Our Folly (10/1)

Verdict

Hollies Pearl wears a visor following her flop at Ayr last time and has a touch of class which should stand her in good stead. However, she is vulnerable off top weight and the unexposed Minella Rebellion looks a potential threat, along with Irish raider HEIST, who looks primed to run a big race off a much lower mark than he has to cope with over fences. Our Folly has not had a great deal of racing recently, but is feasibly weighted.
  1. Heist
  2. Hollies Pearl
  3. Minella Rebellion
