Won a C&D selling chase for Paul Nicholls last month, but was not the same force over 3 miles in a handicap chase on his first start for his new stable at this track earlier this month. The return to a shorter trip should help and he is respected despite top weight.
Won three hurdles for this stable in 2016 and returned from a break to finish fifth of 13 at this track earlier this month. Makes his chasing debut, but will have been well prepared by his top yard and has to be of interest.
Showed a liking for this track when winning a novice hurdle in great style last June. That was his only success over timber, but he may well improve for the switch to fences and is another noteworthy contender.
Irish import who has finished runner-up on his last five starts, three of them in point-to-points, one in a beginners' chase and the other in a handicap hurdle. Hard to get a handle on form-wise, but clearly has ability and his jockey booking is positive.
Fair hurdler who won his second race over fences when landing a four-runner handicap at this track last month. Since that success, he has run well to be placed in a chase and a hurdle at this course and will not go down without a fight.

Forecasts
Looks Like Power (7/4), Earthmoves (11/4), Stealing Mix (3/1), West Torr (7/2), Wolftrap (9/2), Gone Platinum (12/1)
Looks Like Power seems to enjoy this track and looks sure to give a good account, along with top weight Earthmoves, who is a C&D winner and will apprciate the drop in trip after racing over 3m last time. However, there are some interesting types making their chasing debuts in this and it is only narrowly that STEALING MIX is preferred to Wolftrap and West Torr. Gone Platinum has ability and is not out of it, either.
- Stealing Mix
- Wolftrap
- West Torr
