The partnership have solid claims but PRESENT TREND makes more appeal as she bids to repeat her success here last autumn. She won with plenty in hand that day and has legitimate excuses for her subsequent defeats. She is only 1lb higher in the weights and looks the answer to a tricky finale. Pennies And Pounds represents a small in form yard and looked to be approaching her best last time whilst Penny Rose drops in class and has to be respected off topweight. En Joule is her rider's only mount of the day. That makes her one to note as he was on board when she was in the process of running her best race to date over hurdles before coming to grief last time. As a summer bumper winner she should be capable of winning a small race such as this.
