Bit out of his depth in the Swinton Hurdle at Haydock last time and finds himself in calmer waters here. Has found life hard off this sort of mark since winning at Musselburgh last year but conditions fine, and with yard going so well, can't be discounted.
Made hay last year, winning three times over hurdles and once on the Flat (in Jersey) but handicapper made life hard afterwards. Now falling back to a winning mark but need to see a bit more before getting involved. Needs good ground or quicker to show his best.
Made a good start to hurdling career with back to back wins at Wetherby, and highly tried since then. Not so good on latest start though and suspicion is that the handicapper has him where he wants him at present.
Ought to have won at Ludlow last time out but for making a bad mistake at the last, costing him his chance. 2lb lower here but well beaten on only try ion the grade, and may need a bit more.
Wears her heart on her sleeve and tends to go from the front, and battles well. Won two on the Flat at Wolverhampton last winter and not disgraced at Ludlow back over hurdles latest. Others can't allow her too much rope.
Placed on all three starts over hurdles so far, although a little disappointing when beaten at odds-on on the last of them. Could be the sort that's hard to win with, and needs to prove himself over the trip too. Bit to prove now.

FAVORITE GIRL wouldn't have the scope of one or two of these but this looks a suitable opportunity and has the service of the excellent Harry Reed to take a bit more weight off her back. Red Tornado looks handicapped to the hilt but will find this easier and can go close. Rossetti would be a massive danger if bouncing back to his best and ant marker move should be heeded. Broughtons Rhythm looks to have been fairly treated by the handicapper and has chances too.
