Lacklustre in six runs last year, last of which saw him falling in 2m handicap at Thurles (good) in October. Off since and doesn't appeal on this return to action.
Career best when winning 14-runner handicap hurdle over C&D earlier in the month, having shown little in maidens prior to that handicap debut. 6lb rise is more than fair and contender once more.
Ran well in recent C&D handicap off this mark, finishing 4L down in fourth of 14 runners. That puts him in the mix, but isn't the most reliable customer.
Mare left previous form behind to win a C&D handicap on seasonal reappearance off a mark of 85. Up 5lb for that and should be competitive again.
Just the four starts over hurdles but none of them have been particularly encouraging, including last month's handicap bow over 2m4f at Tipperary (good) and has plenty more to find on form.
Has yet to open account over flights but was threatening a breakthrough towards the end of last summer, may be better off after Down Royal reappearance this month over this trip with cheekpieces retained.
Finished 15½L eleventh of 14 to Drakaina in handicap hurdle over C&D already this month. Gets first-time visor added now but has plenty more to unearth if having ambitions of victory.
Finished just over 6L behind Drakaina over C&D earlier this month, that was a much-improved effort. Weighted to close the gap if repeating that run, which is anything but assured.
Won a C&D handicap this month by a narrow margin from the re-opposing The Irritator, that rival is now better off at the weights and may gain some revenge.
Put in a strong effort this month over C&D behind Soul Season, going down by just a neck at the line. Is better off now and seemingly with solid claim of going one better.
Unplaced in five starts over timber so far, well beaten off in similar event at Punchestown last week and needs a big jump forward to get involved where it matters in this.
Well beaten in three hurdles outings so far for previous stable. Handicap debut for new yard at Tipperary over 2m4f (good) this month saw him pulled up.
Remains a maiden after 21 starts under rules, reappeared in 2m4f handicap (heavy) at Punchestown 91 days ago and that effort leaves him with plenty to work on.
First run for yard after leaving Michael Wigham, has a lot to find on these terms if hoping to be competitive (First Reserve).

Forecasts
Drakaina (4/1), The Irritator (5/1), Soul Season (13/2), Mr Moondance (7/1), Sparkalark (7/1), All In The Head (7/1), Meadow Cross (12/1), Seaboard (14/1), Ali Bin Nayef (16/1), Jouxplane (16/1), Masterchippy (20/1), St Peter's Square (20/1), Mista Wabbit Man (20/1), Crazy Queen (25/1), Wheres Hannah (25/1), Tobar Geal (25/1), Tortueuse (50/1)
Soul Season and The Irritator were first and second over C&D recently in a sold battle and both should go well. With a nice pull at the weights, the second named might now be set to reverse those placings. Sparkalark is also respected having run well here last time while the mare All In The Head showed her best form to date to win last time, also over C&D. All have claims but it might prove safest to side with DRAIKINA, who also scored over this test last time out and might just have a bit more scope than some to repeat it and, potentially, build on it.
- Drakaina
- The Irritator
