Won over C&D in rated event in November, hasn't been at his best over hurdles since, admittedly tilting at windmills in the Supreme at Cheltenham may not count. Good run on the Flat at Clonmel this month and should arrive here in good heart.
Returned to action at Kilbeggan this month in impressive style, taking full advantage of reduced mark to score over 2m (yielding). Raised 8lb for 2½L success, which might be enough to ground him.
Won 2m handicap at Limerick on yielding ground in December off 106 but hasn't completed in three starts since, two falls and a slip halting progress. Still rated 10lb higher than previous win and hard to put faith in him on current run.
Won a weak maiden at Roscommon in August last though was routinely outgunned in two subsequent handicaps at Listowel and Tipperary with give underfoot. Returns from a layoff now and needs plenty improvement.
Has become frustrating after winning 2m Punchestown maiden hurdle with plenty promise a year ago. That was on the back of a 632-day absence and he has not able to repeat it since. Made stable bow for this trainer at Kilbeggan (2m, yielding) in a handicap this month and was beaten 48L.
Beaten 21L over 2m½f at Clonmel six days ago, remains 5lb above previous wining hurdles mark but has gone well over C&D in the past.
Bumper winner at Newcastle for Warren Greatrex in February 2016, he rather lost his way before leaving that yard. Couple of novice hurdle runs this year were very poor. Will be interesting to see if move to this top Irish yard can get him going with more enthusiasm.
Won his maiden hurdle over C&D in March 2016 and ran a fine race in handicap again this month when third of 14 beaten just over 2L. Just 1lb higher, a bold showing is possible on a track he seems to like.

Forecasts
Mr Picotee (15/8), Magna Cartor (7/2), Alterno (6/1), Hallmark (6/1), Magnetic Force (9/1), Boudry (12/1), The King Of Brega (12/1), Orchard Road (16/1), Double Speak (20/1)
ALTERNO appears to like it at this venue and he ran a pleasing race earlier in the month when taking third spot. He doesn't have a lot of improvement to find to get a win on the board so a 1lb rise shouldn't hinder his chance. Boudry is an intriguing runner for the Elliott team after he rather lost his way in Britain and any support for him must be noted. Mr Picotee comes here in winning for though has a hike to deal with while Magna Cartor may do better back over timber after a pleasing spin on the Flat.
