Point-to-point winner who won twice over hurdles, but failed to to win in six starts over fences for Donald McCain. Having his first run for this stable and his rider takes off a valuable 7lb.
Has been placed in all of her four starts over fences, winning on her debut for this trainer over C&D earlier this month. That was only a three-runner affair, however, and her limitations were exposed when third of four at Warwick last time.
Fair form over hurdles before losing his way from the turn of this year. Needs to find something on his first start over fences, but is a point-to-point winner, so could well improve for the switch.
Distant last of four finishers on his chasing debut at this track earlier this month. The bare form of that run gives him plenty to do, but at least he should be wiser for the experience.
Placed three times in six starts over fences, but has pulled up the last twice over much longer trips. He was second at this track in December and a repeat of that effort would give him a chance, especially if first-time cheekpieces have the desired effect.
Pulled up on his last two starts over hurdles, he makes his chasing debut. The switch to fences needs to have a positive effect and others make more appeal.
Pulled up on his first start over fences at Hexham, but did much better when runner-up at Carlisle last time. He has gone up 5lb for that, which seems a little harsh, but he is in good heart and has to be considered.
First start for this stable when he was sent off as favourite but could finish only fourth of five in a novices' handicap chase at Taunton last month. Should come on for that first run for nine months, but needs to do so.

Not many of these appeal as winners waiting to happen. Man In Black has gone up for finishing second last time but is still respected, while Rakaia Rosa has winning form at this track, albeit in a three-runner race. It may be worth taking a chance on BUCKONTUPENCE, who had reasonable form over hurdles before suffering a form slump and, as a winning point-to-pointer, could be much better suited to this game. Dontminddboys is not out of it despite his recent form figures.
