Yet to place in six starts but was successful in the point-to-point sphere and likely to do better now handicapping, particularly for this yard. Trainer has a 5.19% strike-rate at this course so not one to get carried away with.
Career-best effort to scoop 2m4f handicap at Fairyhouse in December, will be returning off a 10lb higher mark but likely to need more in this field.
Just one win from 17 starts but has shaped like he could be better over thiss trip in the past. Very possible he will need this run after a break though.
Two wins from 41 starts and his latest success came all the way back in 2014. Pulled up on his last two outings and has it all to prove now, particularly at this age.
Still a maiden after 13 starts but went close when backed into favouritism last time at Downpatrick and he ran well here in November. Not certain to enjoy this step up in trip though and been raised 3lb for not winning.
Won on bumper debut back in 2010 at Huntingdon but not won since and generally struggles with his jumping. Interesting to some extent that connections keep the faith with him but he would probably want to see soft ground to be seen to best effect.
Still a maiden after 14 starts and not looked like breaking her duck on her most recent outings. Has shown ability so not completely ruled out but hard to place any confidence in from a betting perspective.
Still a maiden and tailed off on all five outings under rules. Step back up in trip probably not in his favour and he's likely to struggle despite the booking of a top young jockey.
Returns to hurdling after an unsuccessful time chasing this season. Capable of winning races off this sort of mark over timber though and he'll enjoy the ground if the rain stays away. Seen to best effect from the front.
Yet to place in nine starts and while it looked like there was some promise in his Clonmel run in Decemnber, he couldn't back that up here on New Year's Eve. Opposable off an absence.
Placed just once in six starts under rules when fourth of 16 at Fairyhouse but that came on softer ground than what she will get here. May come on for her recent run at Cork but will no doubt need to if she's to be seen to best effect in this field.
Won at Limerick over Christmas off a mark of 84 but well beaten on three starts since off his revised mark. Creeping back down the handicap but hard to fancy on better ground.
Improved to finish third on handicap debut last time out having shown very little, mainly in bumpers. Plenty to like about that effort and a little surprising that the handicapper has left him on the same mark. Leading player.

Well beaten on all three starts in maiden hurdles and only showed glimpses of ability in point-to-points. Yard has a low-strike rate with their hurdlers and he's easy enough to oppose on handicap debut.
Good effort on return to action at Tramore in April over 2m5f to be second, since pulled up at Cork tackling 3m. Blinkers called for now and should give a better account over this shorter distance.

Two-time winner on the Flat but yet to win over hurdles. Effort last time at Clonmel suggests she's capable in this sphere and not without a chance if she has brushed up on her jumping a little.
Some promise in her point-to-point efforts but shown next to nothing returned to racing under rules in three starts since July, tailed off on each occasion. Needs to bounce back now but no surprise if she is seen in a better light on handicap debut.
Yet to win in six starts under rules but plenty of promise in his runner-up effort at Thurles two starts back when sent off a 50/1 shot. Failed to back that up last time and may want a step back up in trip in softer ground to be seen to best effect.
Well beaten at 66/1 over this trip at Cork last time and very little promsie shown to date including in point-to-points. In good hands though and may enjoy the swicth to handicaps. First-time cheekpieces applied.
Soundly beaten on all seven starts under rules but did manage to beat a few home here last time on return from an absence. Needs to build on that and she may struggle to do that to the extent that she needs to and she's an unlikely type, particularly at this age.
Tailed off on all seven starts across Flat and NH racing and clearly limited from an ability perspective.

BRODER runs off the same mark he finished third on last time out and he looks capable of making his presence felt at this level. Royal Roslea could take a race of this standard if she jumped a little better while Emigrated may come on for his most recent run.
