Carries a penalty here for winning in the first-time hood at Hexham (2m, good) last time. That was her first start for this trainer and she looks to have solid claims of a follow-up success, though she will be more vulnerable conceding weight all around.
25/1 and didn't have the pace of the majority on debut at Fakenham in her February debut (2m, good to soft). Should come on for the experience, though pedigree suggests that she will do better when tried over further.
Made her debut at Bangor in March (2m½f, good to soft) and ran well for a long way, only being run out of it in the final furlong. Entirely possible that we will see an improved effort today and she is another who looks almost certain to do better over further.
Cost just £6,000 last year and is out of a bumper winning half-sister to a 3m hurdle winner, out of a bumper winner and from a family of smart jumpers that includes Killultagh Storm and Killultagh Vic. In form stable has had just one bumper winner in the past five seasons, but that may be about to double.
Ran well on her debut at Southwell (1m7½f, soft) in March and faced tougher company at Cheltenham (2m1f, good) last month, when she again found one too good. Receives a lot of weight from the only winner in the field and she should again go close.
4L third on her Carlisle debut (1m6f, good to soft) in October and then less than 9L behind the top bumper performer Cap Soleil (1m4½f, good to soft) at Newbury next time, which was an effort of similar worth. Will probably need to improve to be winning this, but you wouldn't rule that out.
Half-sister to French 2m2f-2m3f hurdle winner (including Listed) as well as a 10f Flat winner, out of a 10½f winning half-sister to high class 2m-2m5f jumps winner Nickname, 2m3f Grade One hurdle winner N'Avoue Jamais and 1m2f Group Three winner No Risk At All. Lovely pedigree and yard had a recent winner. Interesting.
Half-sister to the trainer's useful bumper and 2m-2m3f hurdle winner The Nipper and 3m3f chase winner Milly Malone. Dam a 2m chase winning half-sister to a bumper/2m4f hurdle winner. Yard does well in bumpers and this is one of its first runners of the new season. Likely to go very well.
Showed promise on her Towcester (1m7½f, good to firm) debut earlier in the month an 8L fifth of eight. Bred to get a lot further than this, but no reason why she can't finish closer this time.

Forecasts
Grania O'Malley (15/8), Rose Of Cimarron (11/4), Schiaparannie (3/1), Papagana (12/1), Lostnfound (12/1), Leeswood Lily (16/1), Chilli Filli (18/1), Fairy Pol (20/1), Dauphiness (40/1), Zara's Reflection (40/1)
Schiaparannie won nicely enough at Hexham and should again go well, although conceding weight will be a tough ask. Chilli Filli is a likely improver while Leeswood Lily and Lostnfound are of interest and debutantes Fairy Pol, Papagana and Rose Of Cimarron look like they will each win races. However, GRANIA O'MALLEY has run to a level of form in her two starts that suggests that she is capable of winning one of these and she is the suggestion.
- Grania O'malley
- Rose Of Cimarron
- Schiaparannie
