Winner of a 1m amateur riders handicap at Ayr (good-to-firm) by 6L off an 8lb lower mark. Also successful four times on the AW in late 2016 and interesting under a 6lb penalty here given he's due to go up a further 2lb's when his new mark comes into effect.
Dual winner including off a 4lb lower mark at Carlisle on good-to-soft ground over today's trip in August last year. Best effort in 2017 came when a close second at Musselburgh (good-to-firm) earlier this month and likely to run well again here.
Returned from a spell in Dubai when finishing fourth over an extended 1m here earlier this month. Races off the same mark here and interesting with blinkers applied for the first time today.
Made the frame twice from five starts in 2017 including when 2¼L third over 1m3f here on good-to-firm ground earlier this month. Well beaten on most recent outing over 1m at Southwell in January and would probably prefer further.
Broke his maiden at the second attempt at Thirsk in August 2015 when with his previous trainer. Beaten 20L when finishing last of eight on debut for this stable over 1m4f at Catterick last month and takes a considerable drop in trip here.
Wore a visor for the first time when winning at Ayr over 1m on good-to-soft in July last year. Below par in an eyeshield when well held at Southwell in December when last seen in action and probably best watched here.
Beaten a head off a 9lb higher mark over 1m1f at Carlisle (good-to-soft) in September last year. Well held since however but worth a check in the market for a leading yard here.
Not beaten far over an extended 1m here on good-to-firm ground earlier this month. Remains on a mark 5lb higher than for his most recent victory and others make more appeal at present.

With a couple of proven front-runners in this contest the race may well be set up for the Jim Goldie-trained TESTA ROSSA. The selection was held up when easily winning a lady riders event at Ayr over this trip earlier this month and he can follow up here under a penalty in this. Crazy Tornado finished runner-up last time out and he can fill the same spot again today while Fivehundredmiles, who wears the blinkers for the first time today can claim third.
