Not out of it on the figures but form has taken a rapid turn for the worse since the beginning of the year. Well beaten again earlier in the week at Killarney and hard to fancy again here.
Had looked progressive over hurdles until latest effort at Fairyhouse, but had an excuse as he burst a blood vessel. Always the worry that could happen again, but will handle any rain and ran a sound enough race on the Flat latest to think he can get involved.
Winner of a maiden hurdle at Naas in February and two solid efforts over hurdles since, not beaten far in a good race at Punchestown on latest start and won't mind any rain that falls between now and racetime. Not discounted.
Good effort on latest start when making all the running to win at Down Royal, looking well in command from a long way out and had plenty in hand at the finish. Has improved on each hurdles start and gives impression of more to come. Looks a player.
No win since 2015 and has had another change of trainer since last being seen on a racecourse. Absence since last July an obvious concern, has been regressive for some time and hurdles debut today. Too much to prove.

ORNUA seems to be improving and has form on both good and soft ground, so won't mind too much if the rain does arrive, and should be able to dominate this from the front. He's taken to get the better of Morgan and Prickly in a race that looks to concern the three on current form.
