Harbour Watch colt, cost €24,000 as a yearliing. Won well at Doncaster on Lincoln day in Divison One of the Brocklesby and the second, fourth and fifth have all come out and run well since. Has to be of interest with that experience under his belt and the Champion Jockey booked despite giving weight away all round.

Dandy Man colt, cost €16,000 as a foal and £31,000 as a yearling. Plenty of stamina in his pedigree and likely to want plenty further than this.

Mazameer gelding and yard not known for their two-year-old winners. Disappointing debut and did his chance no favours after missing the break. Others hold more appeal.

Kyllachy colt, dam was an unraced sister to useful Listed class sprinter Rolo Tomasi. Yard do well with their debutantes and they're well capable of readying one so plenty to like about his chances, particularly if the market speaks in his favour.

Lethal Force colt, cost 16,000 gns as a foal and £16,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to the useful sprinters Rex Imperator and Lexington Place. Yard do well with their two-year-olds and he warrants plenty of respect with this man in the saddle.

Acclamation colt who's a half-brother to useful sprinter Gorgeous Noora and dam was a Listed winner and full sister to 5f Group 2 winner Muthmir. Not given a hard time on debut once his chance had gone and likely to prove better than that here.

Dandy Man colt, cost €37,000 as a foal and £12,000 as a yearling. Yard do well with their two-year-olds but he failed to land the odds at Ripon last time and this race may be tougher. Not ruled out with more to come.

Zebedee colt, cost £100,000 as a yearling. Dam was an unraced half-sister to Listed placed Wildcat Wizard but pedigree suggests he may want a little further than this. Market can reveal expectations.

Forecasts

Santry (9/4), It Dont Come Easy (10/3), Consequences (4/1), Savalas (15/2), Rocket Man Dan (9/1), Knockout Blow (10/1), Tangled (10/1), Palmer (12/1), The Right Choice (14/1), Dyson's Girl (25/1), Furze Boy (66/1)

Verdict

Despite having to carry a penalty, SANTRY is likely to take all the beating having scored at Doncaster on debut. Knockout Blow rates the type to do well for the Mark Johnston yard and the jockey booking is certainly an eye-catcher. It Dont Come Easy completes the shortlist and gets the vote of stable jockey Paul Hanagan over The Right Choice.
