10/1
Has plenty of improvement to uncover following for starts in this sphere if he's going to have designs on a breakthrough.

Breesy Mountain31
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: A E Lynch| T: S Crawley
100/1
Kalanisi gelding is bred to do well in this sphere, owner/trainer doesn't have many but operating 15 per-cent strike rate over hurdles previous 12 months. Disappointing effort on debut at Fairyhouse 31 days ago, has improvement to find.

Herminioh710
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: Ruby Walsh| T: W P Mullins
5/2
Won final French start on the Flat, that was more than 700 days ago however, has joined this leading yard for jumps career and must be treated with utmost respect despite long absence.

Mr Champers69
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: R Loughran| T: A Keatley
14/1
Lightly raced but has a bit to find on the evidence of three spins over hurdles at Clonmel and Thurles so far, needs to improve.
6
Horse silk
100/1
Well held in two starts over timber, latest 199 days ago in a maiden at Galway over this sort of trip. Big task here.

Patricks Boyt35
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: I J McCarthy| T: J G Carr
100/1
Recent run at Dundalk possibly too bad to be true, has it all to prove based on bumper run at Limerick last July, finishing last of nine. Hurdles bow.

Pirate Jake95
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-12| J: Robbie Colgan| T: N McKnight
66/1
Pulled up in a point-to-point in February, well beaten in all three starts in that sphere and gives him plenty to do if hoping to be competitive on first rules start.

Sea Bankt7
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-12| J: R P Treacy(5)| T: H Rogers
50/1
Sole hurdles run came in April 2015, well beaten off over 2m at Fairyhouse. Recent AW run at Dundalk over 2m may help with fitness for 21-race maiden under rules.

Horse silk
Sillogue Pioh150
Age: 8|  Weight: 11-12| J: Danny Mullins| T: G A Kingston| D
33/1
Hasn't shown anything in three previous runs over timber to warrant supporting in this field, all previous runs over 2m. Has been off since December so has fitness to prove as well.

Horse silk
Up The Townt118
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: Sean Flanagan| T: N Meade
16/1
Beaten 45L in 2m maiden hurdle at Thurles in January, has plenty work to do on form to take front rank in this return.
12
Horse silk
33/1
Sister to useful hurdler and chaser Mr Diablo, but a fairly unexciting pedigree other than that, unseated rider at the first on debut at Navan 46 days ago.
13
Horse silk
Harry Smiles41
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-5| J: Donagh Meyler(3)| T: N Lee
66/1
Beat a little more than 50L in a 2m3f maiden hurdle at Limerick last month on racecourse debut, carries limited expectations into this contest as a result.

Horse silk
Wheres Hannah202
Age: 8|  Weight: 11-5| J: J B Kane(5)| T: G O'Leary| OR:  85

Unplaced in four hurdles and a bumper, seems destined to be an outsider for this.
15
Horse silk
Wiz Ladyt76
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-5| J: C D Timmons(5)| T: S Crawley
66/1
Weakened from a furlong out on debut at Clonmel in March when beating just one of eight rivals home on debut in a bumper. Hurdles debut now with tongue strap retained.
16
Horse silk
Delta Workh,t12
Age: 4|  Weight: 11-4| J: B J Cooper| T: G Elliott
10/11
Showed plenty potential on debut at Cork 12 days ago over this trip, beaten just ½L into second spot, likely to improve for that experience and sets the standard.
17
Horse silk
50/1
Couple of hefty beatings in maiden hurdles over this trip at Fairyhouse and Navan, most recently on the first of last month, needs significant improvement to be competitive.
18
Horse silk
66/1
Two modest efforts in maiden hurdles thus far and is very hard to recommend on form coming into this with some potentially smart rivals.
19
Horse silk
100/1
Was sent off 100/1 on debut in 2m maiden hurdle at Kilbeggan last month, merely staying on past beaten horses to be ninth of 14. Needs plenty more to be involved at the business end.
20
Horse silk
50/1
Ran well for a good portion of the journey on debut last month at Kilbeggan over this trip, finishing fifth of 14 having gone off 100/1 and could have more to offer this time.
21
Horse silk
Blondes No More
Age: 4|  Weight: 10-11| J: M A Enright| T: N Lee
66/1
Milan filly from yard not routinely associated with bumper runners, would only be of interest on debut should money arrive.
22
Horse silk
100/1
Unable to beat any of 13 rivals home on debut over 2m at Kilbeggan last month. Plenty to ponder ahead of second start and looks an unlikely winner for now.
Scorpion filly from a small stable, was tailed off over this trip at Cork earlier in the month on debut run, might have something more offer second time out.

Verdict

DELTA WORK made a fine start at Cork recently for the Gigginstown team and it will be no surprise should he get the job done now granted normal improvement. His chief rival looks to be French import Herminio, representing the champion trainer and jockey combination. It is more than 700 days since he last raced, but his master-handler is unlikely to leave any cobwebs on and he should be watched carefully in the betting. Unwanted and Chesterfield Queen are amongst those that might run into places at much bigger prices.
  1. Delta Work
  2. Herminio
  3. Unwanted
