Won first two starts for current yard, maiden hurdle at Galway in October and similar event over fences at Fairyhouse in April. Jumping rather undermined chances over C&D at the festival here since but remains a lively contender.
Decent start to chasing career (one win from two attempts) before falling over C&D in Grade One Novice Chase at the festival last month. Should be able to put that behind him and is a big player in this line-up.
Last seen winning a maiden hurdle at Limerick in April of last year, has the scope to be a decent chaser but will have to improve on three previous efforts and defy absence to win this.
Has been steadily improving in beginners' chases of late and has to rank as a contender if continuing to go in the right direction, though this is a tough contest.
Makes chase debut in this and has a fair bit to find with some of these on hurdles ratings, best watched unless the market says different.
Off the track for three years, last spotted behind Faugheen in a Grade One novice hurdle at this track in April 2014. Will require a monumental training performance to make a winning debut over fences surely.
Yet to win over fences but has some useful placed form in five starts. Back down in trip having finished tamely over 2m5f at the festival here last month. Place claims.
Former point-to-point winner was beaten when unseating rider at the last over 2m5f on rules debut at Roscommon recently. Has plenty on his plate to get involved in this.

Townshend must put a fall in Grade One company here last time out but remains a danger and it will not be a shock if he's in the mix for this prize. Three Wise Men was a bit disappointing over a longer trip around here recently but could be competitive over this trip on his previous efforts. POTTERS POINT has to brush up on his jumping but there have been enough positives from him in three starts since joining this trainer to suggest he can land this. Definite Earl may be best of the remainder.
