Possibly didn't stay at Warwick latest (2m5f), and a drop in trip combined with better ground and cheek-pieces may lead to an improved showing over timber.

Verdict

Oscars Boss is undoubtedly better than we've witnessed over hurdles so far, and there are a number of reasons to expect a much improved showing in this moderate contest. However, THE DOORMAN finally got his act together over hurdes at Carlisle last week, and despite carrying a 7lb penalty, he looks by far the safest option with both trip and forecast ground conditions fairly similar this afternoon.
