Current mark of 80 gives him a tough enough test but may reach the placings here once again. Has run some consistent races of late and his recent AW outing may well have put him straight for this.
Fairly lightly raced sort of late having shown his best form back in 2015 when winning twice over 6f. Can be slow away but he was disappointing last time out and has work to do with some of these.
Progressive handicapper in 2017 and has already won six handicaps and appears to be coping well with his rise through the weights. Proved that the handicapper hadn't quite caught up with him when winning over 7f last time at Wolverhampton but now up another 2lb and needs a career best to score here.
Best when he has a strong pace to run at and got those conditions when winning his most recent start at Wolverhampton over 7f. Not the easiest to win with buy may get another race run to suit here.
Very consistent handicapper who has been in very good form of late both on the turf and AW with his last two starts looking to be career bests. Loves to go from the front and will be very dangerous if he gets an easy lead here.
Hard to knock his consistency but always looks vulnerable to an unexposed sort not that there are many of that sort in this. Just a 1lb above his last winning mark and sure to run his usual solid race over a trip that suits him.
Looks to have something to find with the majority of these and has yet to win on turf. His last run albeit on Fibresand leaves him something to find here in what is a competitive little race.

Forecasts
Golden Wedding (11/4), Anonymous John (3/1), Duke Of North (7/2), Tavener (9/2), One Big Surprise (5/1), Flexible Flyer (9/1), Athassel (12/1), Veeraya (16/1)
Just the eight go to post but it may well still be a race that takes some winning as there are some solid and consistent performers in this. It could well be run at a decent pace with Taverner and Golden Wedding likely to go forward and that could set things up for a closer like ATHASSEL. He’s gone from strength to strength this year and may well be able to overcome another rise in the weights. Duke Of North and Anonymous John are another pair that are hard to leave out of the mix here.
