Did win a handicap hurdle at Wincanton back in 2016 9on good to soft) but two efforts since that have been nowhere near that standard, and was easily brushed aside at Towcester on latest start. Appears regressive and hard to fancy.
Well beaten in sellers and low grade handicaps recently and unless the first time blinkers have a major effect, she can't be looked at as a likely winner, even in a contest as weak as this.
Travels down from Scotland to take this lowly contest in, and would have a first-rate chance if reproducing his recent form in handicap hurdles here. Likely conditions fine and on all recent evidence, the one to beat here.
Has been mopping up the place money in small fields recently, and did win a little chase at Fontwell two starts back, but looked less than in love with the game when an odds-on last of three on latest start and although more place money likely here, has a bit to find to challenge for the win.
Forecasts
Pads (5/6), Lakeshore Lady (5/4), Centreofexcellence (12/1), Musical Moon (40/1)
A race that ought to have a "wealth warning" on it as far as having a bet goes. None of the four can be trusted to produce their best, but assuming that PADS turns up with his A-Game then he's probably the one to beat. Lakeshore Lady can chuck the towel in on occasions but she's capable if on a going day, can give the selection something to think about. Centreofexcellence can take the bronze.
