His form in three starts over hurdles to date is nothing to get excited about, but he at least tried to unsettle and hustle the long odds-on Mr Big Shot here early last month, and is probably better than his finishing position of fifth. Interesting to see how he handles this slightly longer trip and presumably will be ridden with more restraint.
Only a glimmer of promise in four starts so far, probably producing a career best when a well held third at Bangor (2m7f) last month. Drops in trip, but will be of more interest once handicapped.
Remains a maiden over hurdles despite ten previous attempts, but had been performing with consistency until seemingly struggling to get home over 2m6f at Kelso latest. Worth a try over shorter back in novice company and wearing cheek-pieces for the first time.
Off the track since competing in a bumper here in December 2016 (soft), which was the second of two fairly moderate efforts. Tackles vastly different ground on her hurdles debut tonight, with any market confidence a positive sign in the absence of much else to go on.

Forecasts
The Doorman (7/4), Cadellin (15/8), Mackie Dee (2/1), Shepherd's Bight (6/1), How Much Is Enough (20/1), Iris's Promise (25/1)
A very winnable novices hurdle for anyone brave enough to take a solid view. However, making a clear case for any of these six runners looks tricky, with the vote probably just about going to THE DOORMAN on the strength of several placed efforts over hurdles, but tactics could play a part and How Much Is Enough could prosper if granted a soft lead.
