Dual winning point-to-pointer and put in a career best effort under rules when finishing 3L second to odds-on favourite Jenkins over 2m here on good ground last month. Likely to run well again today.
Maiden after 15 starts so far including when beaten 8L into fifth over an extended 2m2f over fences at Downpatrick (good) last August. Probably best watched on his debut for a new stable here.
Useful Flat performer in France where he was success in Listed company. Purchased for €340,000 by current connections last October and finished runner-up on his debut for this stable at Aintree in December. Well beaten in Listed company subsequently he's likely to run well here.
Beaten 21L by the high class novice hurdler Neon Wolf in a bumper at Uttoxeter (soft) in December and ran well when finishing seventh at Warwick in similar conditions the following month. Makes his hurdles debut today.
Winner of his second point-to-point start in Ireland on good ground in November and successful in a bumper at Wetherby (soft) in February. Beaten under a penalty in a bumper subsequently and interesting on hurdling debut here.
Finished 5L second in a bumper over 2m on soft ground here on his second start in October. Well held at Towcester (good) the following month and probably best watched on his return from a six month absence.
Beaten 5¾L into third in an eight runner novice hurdle over an extended 1m7f at Southwell last month. More likely to be needed with cheekpieces applied for the first time in this contest for a stable with a 30% strike-rate recently (3/10).
Slowly away prior to winning a four runner maiden on the Flat over 1m2f at Nottingham (soft) on his only outing in that sphere in April 2016. Purchased by current connections for 12,000 gns subsequently and interesting for a yard with a 36% strike-rate of late (9/25).

MINOTAUR has dome useful Flat form to his name in France last year and can register a first success over hurdles at the third time of asking in this novice contest. The selection finished runner-up at Aintree in December prior to a disappointing effort in Listed company last time out and he can get the better of A Bold Move who finished runner-up to a highly regarded rival here last time out with Coroberee, a winning on his only Flat outing to date the selection to finish third here.
