Travelled well for a long way on his handicap debut at Taunton in March when beaten just over 6L into third. Forecast conditions and trip again suit, so should be able to build on that and likely to be thereabouts.
Runner-up in a couple of soft ground handicaps at Ffos Las last season, the latter from today's mark. Was unable to be as competitive on a sound surface last time, which is a concern going into this.
Has had nine chances in handicap hurdles, his best finish being when runner-up here over 2m4f (heavy) in February from today's mark. Has run well enough on a sound surface previously, though has a bit to prove after pulling up on last two starts.
Runner-up in an AW maiden over 1m4f at Kempton in October and has been tried in three hurdles at around 2m so far. Step up this far in trip still presents a challenge and has a bit to prove on handicap debut.
Point-to-point winner a year ago, though has failed to show any sparkle on the racecourse so far. Has to prove that he acts on the forecast going and very hard to recommend today.
Spent well over a year off the track after finishing runner-up in a similar contest at Sedgefield in 2015 but has come back well, winning on his third start after returning. That came at Newcastle (3m, good) last time. Raised 6lb for that, but in good form and unexposed.
Showed glimpses of promise so far despite ultimately being well beaten in all four starts. Looks interesting now going handicapping from a workable mark and over this trip. First-time headgear might help produce a much better result.
Handicapper cut her a bit of slack last time when runner-up over 2m6f at Stratford (good). Worth another try at this slightly longer trip and from the same mark she is likely to have a big say if she can produce a repeat effort.
Point-to-point runner-up who has struggled to make any impact under rules so far. Ducked out on bend early in the race when sent off favourite at Exeter last time and has plenty to prove.
Well beaten in all hurdles starts, including on handicap debut at Warwick last time. Step up in trip and better ground may help, but will probably need a fair bit more than that to be winning here.
Showed good bumper form three years ago, though has not gone on from that over hurdles. Made the frame over 2m1f at Exeter (good to soft) in February. Not an obvious candidate for such a marked step up in trip, but may be able to see it out on some better ground and with good pilot booked and headgear on a market check is advised.
Well beaten on all completed starts over hurdles and has dropped 19lb in the handicap in the past couple of months. Raced over much shorter last time and showed some promise for a long way, so with this latest 5lb drop and back up in trip, he could go much closer to winning.
Handicapper has had his measure throughout his hurdling career and after another 4lb drop he now finds himself going into this from out of the handicap. Fell over fences last time and has a lot to prove.

A moderate start to the day and Le Coeur Net is likely to be get very competitive despite top weight, while Park House has been going the right way since he returned to the track in the winter. Bel Esprit is very interesting once again, while Blue Rhythm and Etheridge Annie are ones to check out in the market. However, it may be worth chancing SILENT MAN here. The seven-year-old ran well enough last time over 2m, but this looks much more like his trip and after such a large slide in the weights, he might be able to come good.
