Cost £270,000 and as a brother to Group 2 winner Birchwood he has the pedigree to be top class over these sorts of trips, especially as their dam also won over 7f. Very interesting on debut.
Power gelding who cost €48,000 as a yearling out of an unraced dam. Trainer often does well with his runners first time out and a market move would be significant.
Steps down in trip having blown the start on debut at Thirsk in September. Should be better here but still didn't show enough to suggest he is a genuine contender.
Makes his debut as a half-brother to a few winners, but those have mostly come in low-grade affairs. Others appeal more on paper.
Never figured when sent off 100/1 on debut in a maiden here last time. Difficult to recommend on that evidence, especially as he will probably want further in time.
Cost 250,000 guineas as a yearling and has a fair pedigree as a half-brother to Eastern Impact. Worth a check in the market on debut.
Ran a fair race on her sole start at two to finish fourth in a Leicester maiden. More needed here but it's possible she could be better now with the experience of that run.
Beaten 71L on debut at Pontefract over this trip last June and hasn't been seen since. Another minor role seems likely now.

A chance is take on DESERT FROST on debut, who cost £270,000 as a yearling and has a fine pedigree being a half-brother to the Group 2 winning Birchwood. Though he has lost his way since, that horse was at his best early in his career, and the selection is under the same all-conquering ownership operation. May Sky steps down in trip having shaped as if that would help when just being beaten on debut, while Dirchill is another debutant who appeals.
