US bred Algorithms colt cost $50,000 as yearling and is a half-brother to 2yo 5½f winner New York City. Should have the speed for a test like this.
Iffraaj colt cost €34,000 as a yearling, yard have been quiet of late and breeding doesn't instantly scream sprinter.
Wootton Bassett filly changed hands for €60,000 at the sales, though she may be best seen in time over a longer trip than she's meeting on this racecourse debut.
Filly out of 2,000 Guineas winner Dawn Approach, she's one to note on debut with trainer and jockey in fine form.
He's twice had to play second fiddle to smart-looking filly Sirici over this trip on the AW at Dundalk last month, may improve again on third start and looks the one they all have to beat.
Not beaten far in third (½L) on debut over this trip on AW at Dundalk in March, filled same role on turf at Navan 13 days ago and should be very competitive again in this.
Tagula filly was an inexpensive purchase and doesn't jump out on breeding. Trainer has two wins and a second from just three runners this season however so is worth paying some attention to.

It might pay to side with those that possess experience, especially given they are boasting solid form too. SPIRIT POWER has twice followed home Sirici at Dundalk and that form may turn out to be very good in time. He tackles turf for the first time now and sets a decent standard, while the draw has also been favourable. Summerseat Mist has also been placed in two runs over this trip and with weight in her favour, the filly won't go down without a scrap. Angelique is nicely-bred and while Tagula Flame may not stand out on paper, her trainer's start to the season doesn't escape the eye. Khwarizmi on the other hand does appear bred for this kind of speed test.
