Had not seen much racecourse action, winning one of her nine starts in a Fakenham novices' hurdle over three years ago, before winning at Kelso in March when the 14-1 outsider of three. Stronger opposition this time, as well as a sounder surface.
Grand servant to connections, winning 14 point-to-points and three hunter chases. Has had little to beat lately, but has been doing so in exemplary fashion and looks sure to make a bold bid to repeat last year's success.
Prolific point-to-point winner who showed herself to be in good health when beating one rival at Cocklebarrow last month. Has won only once under Rules, but has not had many opportunities and looks a threat,
Represented his stable for the first time when pulling up in a Chepstow hunter chase in March. Won two handicap chases in 2015, but seems to have gone backwards since then.
Has been in good form in point-to-points since the turn of the year and has a career record of five wins from nine starts in that sphere. Competes in her first hunter chase so it will fascinating to see how she fares.
Showed little when campaigned under Rules, but has been more competitive in point-to-points without setting the world alight. Won easily at Charm Park last month and might be on the upgrade,

Forecasts
Popaway (4/5), Dabinett Moon (4/1), The Flying Doc (11/2), Miss Biscotti (7/1), Frelia (9/1), Distracted (16/1), Martha's Benefit (16/1)
POPAWAY has reached the veteran stage, but she has looked as sprightly as ever recently and can repeat last year's success. The Flying Doc may get a little closer than she did 12 months ago, while Frelia is interesting in her first race under Rules.
