Won two turf handicaps last year, but has not been in the same form in two starts this season although she did lead at the two-furlong pole on her last outing at Beverley. First visit to this course so it will be interesting to see how she takes to the surface.
Her first season produced two wins from five starts and there seems no reason why she cannot continue to progress given her lack of experience. Made all on the turf track at this course on debut so she goes well fresh and the lack of a recent run may not count against her.
Returned to form when just touched off at Kempton last time. She has been raised 1lb, but that is not prohibitive and she looks sure to make a bold bid.
Has yet to win in seven starts and was a beaten favourite when last seen at Wolverhampton in October. That run was over 7f and, as she can race with the choke out, the drop in trip could be just what she needs.
Consistent sort who has won twice on the AW this year. Has gone up the weights for those successes and the handicapper may just have her measure for the time being judged on her latest run at Wolverhampton.
Has yet to beat a rival in two starts for her current trainer, but was in good form in December and January, and seemed suited by a positive ride when successful at Wolverhampton. A return to those tactics might spark a revival, but there are others who like to force the pace and she might struggle to get to the front.
There should be plenty of pace in this, with Sandra's Secret, Wild Dancer and Arize suited by forcing tactics, so it could fall into the lap of a hold-up horse. WELSH ROSE has been racing keenly over further and this drop in trip and likely strong pace could enable her to settle before delivering a successful late challenge.
