Failed narrowly to score off 10lb higher mark at Wetherby in November but has consistently disappointed since. Drop in grade will surely help but got no further than the 3rd when unseating lats time out.
First sign of form for current yard when went close last time in first-time blinkers, but that was in a lowly selling chase. Remains on same mark and other make more appeal.
Goes handicapping on only second start over fences having run OK in a novice chase last time. Rated nearly a stone higher over timber so she is potentially on a fair mark and has possibilities.
Formerly a progressive novice chaser but has generally been in the doldrums for the last two years. Beaten odds-on favourite in three-runner race last time, but has fallen to a potentially favourable mark if able to recapture a little old form.
Two hurdles wins last winter but didn't appear to take to fences in a couple of attempts around the turn of the year. Needs to have a change of attitude for the larger obstacles and that is hardly guaranteed.
Kept very busy and has been knocking on the door in each of his last four outings. Does appear to be pretty much in the handicapper's grip but expect him to be on the premises once again.

Forecasts
Lemon's Gent (9/4), Irish Thistle (11/4), Garrahalish (7/2), Midtech Valentine (7/2), Aerlite Supreme (4/1), Beyeh (7/1), The Mumper (10/1)
There are questions marks over most of these so the mare BEYEH is a tentative selection on only her second start over fences. She knows how to win and might have just a little more to offer than most of her rivals. Lemon's Gent would be a big danger if recapturing his best form but is far from consistent, and Garrahalish would be a blot on the handicap if running anywhere close to his decent form of a couple of years ago. That, however, is not certain. Irish Thistle is consistent and has place prospects, at least.
