Mount Nelson colt, who cost 80,000 gns as a yearling. C&D winner last time out having improved markedly from his first run. Raced keenly throughout the race and should have learned plenty from that experience; likely to go well for a trainer and jockey combination with a strike-rate of 25%.
Shamardal gelding, cost 450,000 gns as a yearling. Ran green on debut in a maiden at Wolverhampton but scored despite his inexperience and followed that up with a small-field win at Newcastle, enjoying the extra furlong. This looks like a deeper contest but yard are going well and not dismissed in hat-trick bid.
Distorted Humour filly, cost $550,000 as a yearling. Disappointing when a short-priced favourite on debut but improved for the fitting of a hood to score at Kempton last time and probably good value for that winning margin. Opening mark looks fair and trainer and jockey have a strong record when teaming up together (44.44%); should give a good account.
Course winner on debut but only prevailed narrowly and the runner-up from that contest has failed to frank the form since. Will need to improve to score off this handicap mark but gets the assistance of a top jockey with a 42.5% strike rate around here and trainer has started the season well.
Showed very little on debut but recovered from a very slowly start to win at Newcastle when last seen. Impressive when taking into consideration the slow pace of the race and the runner-up has ran respectably since. Should go well provided he's ironed his starting stalls issues and trainer has a good record with horses returning from a break.
More exposed than plenty in here but running to a consistent level when last seen in October. Will need to have improved over the winter to take a hand in this race.

Mystique Moon (9/4), Itsakindamagic (11/4), Arabian Hope (3/1), Ebbesbourne (7/1), Native Soldier (7/1), Indian Dandy (8/1), Inner Circle (14/1), Quandary Peak (33/1)
EBBESBOURNE looks a likely winner in this one after winning here by a short distance last time. His trainer has had a great start to the season and this jockey has a fine strike-rate around here. He could outshine the rest including C&D winners Indian Dandy and Itsakindamagic, the latter raced keenly in his win here last month, he will have a hope of adding to the jockey and trainer's 25% win rate if he can settle better and run to his full potential. Meanwhile Arabian Hope was good value for his win at Kempton. He possibly has the best chance of edging out the rest of the runners, especially considering his trainer and jockey combination's impressive strike rate together. Native Soldier did very well to turn around a terrible start as he won at Newcastle and will do well if he gets a better break this time.
