8lb higher here than when landing the second of back-to-back wins in the autumn. Those were at around 2m3f. Has run well from 3lb lower than today's pitch since then, but yet to convince over this far. Has a bit to prove.
Completed a hat-trick across the spring and autumn, rising 18lb as a result. Struggled to handle that at Cheltenham, but was going well enough when last seen at Plumpton before falling and not one to give up on yet, especially now back on a sound surface.
Not seen much in the way of action in recent times, having raced on just four occasions since back-to-back wins at Warwick and here over 2m5f. 4lb higher than the second of those after a decent comeback run at Stratford last time and can go close.
Won over 2m5f at Kempton in the autumn and looked useful enough then. Found a Grade Two beyond him next time and handicapping from 1lb higher has found him out since. Not one to write off, although support for him would be encouraging before a wager.

Rene's Girl (2/1), Leith Hill Lad (2/1), Verygoodverygood (3/1), Very Extravagant (4/1), What A Diva (12/1)
RENE'S GIRL gets the nod today as she looks to have the potential for more improvement in her than some, while Very Extravagant is perhaps the main danger. Support for Leith Hill Lad would be interesting, though What A Diva also has claims.
