Regularly placed, though only modest form in point-to-points, and no real impact in two bumpers either. Likely to find a few too quick.
Point-to-point form is deeply uninspiring and he has been beaten out of sight in two bumpers so far. Easy to overlook on what he has shown so far.
Point-to-point promise and has translated that to place twice in bumpers, even though he hasn't quite lived up to expectations. Obvious claims in this company.
Has looked only moderate in point-to-points and a sole run in Cork bumper, in which he was beaten 37L. May improve but others look more likely here.
Unfancied for his debut in a Clonmel bumper on heavy ground but shaped OK to finish fifth of 12. Can improve but still hard to see him winning this.
A runner-up in a couple of point-to-points in testing conditions but hard to envisage him being involved on the evidence of a dismal effort in a Lingfield bumper last time out.
Was fancied for his debut in a point-to-point in February on testing ground but, in company with the vast majority of the field that day, failed to complete. Likely he has more to offer, one to note.
Little shown in bumpers or maiden hurdles for a previous yard to make him of particular interest on his first start since September.
Has had plenty of practice in bumpers already and does have a couple of placings to his name. May not have to improve much to get involved here.
Heavily supported in the market when making a debut in a Punchestown bumper (good) in October but was a disappointing fourth of five behind Arctic Light. Better expected here.
Mare who hails from a yard which hasn't had a lot of joy this season but did send out a winner recently. Market move would be interesting.
Signs of temperament when refusing on her debut then duly pulled-up next time, going off at 100/1. Has since switched yards, hard to build a case for.
Only runner on the card for a yard which has had a fairly quiet season but whose runners can be worth a second look. Fair pedigree too, so market support would be interesting.
Has shown next to nothing in the way of ability in two starts in bumpers so far and it would be a surprise to see her involved.
Forecasts
Peacocks Secret (13/8), Coeur De Beauchene (3/1), Thinkinginmysleep (17/2), Karkadann (10/1), Ben Brody (12/1), Tidjani (12/1), Lambs Lane (14/1), Welmeetintheoffice (16/1), No Secrets Here (16/1), Dantess (20/1), Thats The News (50/1), Carntrone Flyer (66/1), Forbetterorworse (66/1), Whats The Forecast (66/1)
This event looks much weaker than the bumpers COEUR DE BEAUCHENE has shown up well in and, with the slightly longer trip also likely to work in his favour, he is taken to get off the mark with Tidjani and Peacocks Secret looking the most interesting of the remainder.
- Coeur De Beauchene
- Tidjani
- Peacocks Secret
