Runner-up on three of his five starts and it's a little disappointing he's yet to win a race, he won't get too many better opportunities than this. Yard are in flying form and jockey has a good record at this course 30.95%.
Looks a little unlucky not to have got off the mark as yet but level of form he's shown has been below what will be required to win this race.
Made a decent enough debut at Towcester in February, finishing fourth in a bumper but showed signs of inexperience on his last two starts at Chepstow. Should win races but looks a little out of his depth against some of these.
Sister to 2m hurdle winner Taniokey (and from a decent extended family), who scored on NHF debut at Perth in September for Stuart Crawford. Joined high profile connections since and ran okay at Bangor last time but didn't jump particularly well and she needs to have learned plenty from that experience if she's to overhaul her main market rival from the Skelton yard.
Forecasts
War Creation (1/1), Djarkalin (11/10), Hes Our Robin (18/1), Oliver's Island (33/1)
DJARKALIN has been a little frustrating to follow but he has more experience than his main market rival and he sets a clear standard on form. War Creation has a nice pedigree and has shown glimpses of ability on both her starts so she could go well if inexperience doesn't get the better of her. Hes Our Robin may be able to see off Oliver's Island for third spot.
- Djarkalin
- War Creation
- Hes Our Robin
