Winner over an extended 1m3f on the Flat last June and successful at Stratford when wearing a first time tongue tie on good-to-soft ground last month. Convincing winner on that occasion and a leading contender here.

Ran well on debut in a bumper at Southwell last August but disappointing in three subsequent starts in that sphere and probably best watched on hurdling debut.

Wore blinkers for her winning debut in a bumper at Newbury in March 2016 though they were left off for three subsequent defeats including twice over hurdles. Under pressure when falling in blinkers at Ludlow earlier this month and has a hood added for the first time here.

Career best effort when finishing fourth in a novice hurdle at Stratford at the start of this month. Has a fair bit to find with the principals here and interesting to see if she can repeat that latest effort here.

Ran well on her debut in a 1m5f bumper in October 2015 for previous stable. Finished last of seven in an AW bumper and a 33L sixth of nine in two bumper outings for this yard and probably best watched on debut over hurdles in this.

Forecasts

Talent To Amuse (2/5), Canoodle (2/1), Kohuma (20/1), Russian Approval (33/1), Amble Inn (100/1)

Verdict

CANOODLE was in the process of running well when falling last time out at Ludlow. The selection was wearing blinkers for the first time since her winning racecourse debut on that occasion and has a hood added with the better ground forecast here likely to suit. Talent To Amuse was successful on her racecourse debut at Stratford last month and can claim second for a yard who have a 29% strike-rate (2/7) recently whilst a repeat of Kohuma's most recent effort can see her finish third.
  1. Canoodle
  2. Talent To Amuse
  3. Kohuma
