Solid effort at Punchestown in January was best to date when third of 21 over 2m, subsequently sent off favourite at same track over marginally longer trip and disappointed. Has some ability but not progressing, place claims.
Ability level appears to be only moderate based on two starts over timber so far, ran out of puff over this trip at Navan last month.
Modest winner on the Flat, hasn't threatened to strike a blow in two hurdles starts and comes here having run below best on AW at Dundalk last month.
Kalanisi gelding is bred to do well in this sphere, owner/trainer doesn't have many but operating 15 per-cent strike rate over hurdles previous 12 months so worth monitoring in the market.
Is fast becoming a source of frustration for both his trainer and punters, latest effort at Gowran Park over this trip a month ago saw him finding nothing for pressure and he's very hard to support given his quirks.
Fell into the runner-up spot at Down Royal on St Patrick's Day when the certain winner came down at the last, only a remote second at that and should have place claims at best now.
Been held up off the pace in maiden hurdles over 2m this year, both times unable to pick up and make any kind of impression on the race in earnest. Needs to show more from somewhere.
Drops in trip having run acceptable race at Downpatrick on second hurdles start 21 days ago, jumping technique still requires some work but open to improvement.
On the evidence of two maiden hurdle outings to date he isn't going to play a leading role in this contest despite dropping back to 2m.
Keen on to get on with things on jumps/rules bow at Ayr last month over 2m5f on heavy last month. Drops in trip this time around and needs to settle a bit better.
Maiden on the Flat in Britain and didn't threaten when making stable bow in January on AW at Dundalk. Plenty on his plate for first jumps test.
Weakened out of things on jumps bow at Downpatrick 21 days ago, finished just in front of Global Fert - neither was disgraced but more needed from both to hold claims here.
Never really in the race at Leopardstown on debut over Christmas, off since and possibly will have something more to offer in time.
Just less than 10L behind winner Broken Soul in a Down Royal bumper in December on debut, comes here now for jumps bow for a respected trainer.
In sparkling form on AW at Wolverhampton last month, winning two and going close in between from three runs. Just one previous run over timber and went ok, has scope for better here given current mood.
Pulled up in both point-to-point outings, latest at Tyrella in January. Needs a much-improved effort on rules bow to have any say in proceedings.
Remains a maiden after eight outings over timber but has finished second on three most recent starts, all of them in stronger company than this. Looks as if shrewd handler has found him a decent chance to breakthrough.
Oscar gelding is related to the likes of Get Me Out of Here and Rock On The Moor, bred to do well in this sphere and one of the more interesting newcomers.
Didn't make any impression on hurdles bow at Thurles late last month and will need a sizeable step in the right direction to have a say.
Scorpion mare, may want an emphasis on stamina in time but entitled to run her race on debut.
Quirky sort, has her notions of the game, beaten out the gate at Navan last month over this trip on second hurdles start. Looks very much up against it.
First hurdles outing at Navan on the first of this month, was in trouble a fair way from home and never any threat to the principles.
Above average compared to some of these on the Flat, didn't jump well on hurdles bow at Navan 15 days ago but could well improve on that now.
Another with her own slant on things, refused to race at Dundalk in January on the AW and gave up any chance at the start back there late last month. Two previous outings in this sphere don't offer much hope either.
Unable to make any impact on debut at Thurles last month over this trip, needs major improvement if getting in as second reserve today.

Tudor City (11/10), Agent Boru (5/1), Runforbob (5/1), Broken Soul (6/1), Shamash (16/1), Banjo (16/1), Dovil's Duel (20/1), Colwinston (25/1), Darcy Mcgees (33/1), Wherehaveyoubeen (40/1), Maudlin Magdalen (50/1), Airdrigh (50/1), Piranto (50/1), Mullaghboy (66/1), Notorious One (100/1), Dalmarella Dancer (100/1), Ben Rumson (100/1), Royal Chorus (100/1), Alys Keys (100/1), Sister Slew (100/1), New Stream (100/1), Absentee (100/1), Steel Shadow (100/1), Lough Derg Lyric (100/1), Hannah Huxwell (100/1), Breesy Mountain (100/1), Working Man (100/1), Global Fert (125/1)
TUDOR CITY has been running excellent races in some top handicaps to finish second on his last three starts, this represents a significantly more straightforward assignment and it will be a shock if he doesn't prove up to winning now. Broken Soul has had his fair share of chances and the manner in which he downed tools under pressure at Gowran Park last time out must be a big worry for his supporters. Agent Boru has hinted at ability and may well run into a place here. Wherehaveyoubeen rates as an interesting newcomer worth a market check while the recent form of Shamash on AW means he too could have place claims now tackling hurdles once more.
