Winner here on fast ground here in 2014 and followed up at this course later that year but has failed to win a race since. Goes best on faster ground but has struggled for form in recent times and has an absence to overcome.
Has won on good ground and attractively handicapped on his best efforts. Does have a break to overcome though and possibly better over a little further on softer ground.
Clearly not been easy to handle after just 16 career starts, but has finished in the money on seven occasions including when winning a novices' handicap chase at Perth in 2015. May come on for recent reappearance, tailed off at Wetherby and has fitness on his side so not ruled out having performed well in small field affairs in the past.
