Losing sequence extended to 20 last time out, that was off a break over 6f around here in early March. Not beaten out of sight but yet to win on the AW.
Well held over 6f around here 33 days ago on return to action. Ran very well over this trip at Navan in June and could have place claims though AW record is poor in three starts.
Ran a cracking race here 19 days ago to be second over a mile on seasonal bow, raised just 1lb for that effort but has never tackled anything less than a mile before so this 5f is a total unknown factor.
Record in three handicaps here isn't that impressive but reverts to the 5f again now and has run well at the trip before at Wolverhampton. Mark is sliding and has a useful claimer on board to further assist, dangerous to write him off.
Remains a maiden though has run a couple of credible races at Wolverhampton this year, including over this trip. Mark continues to slide and can be given place claims in a race where few can be confident.
Held in 7f handicap here 12 days ago off current rating, also struggled over this trip in January and doesn't hold any great appeal for this contest.
Still a maiden but on good terms with himself, went agonisingly close over 6f at Wolverhampton on penultimate start, not as good here over 7f since. Should go close on these terms if the trip isn't too sharp.
Filly hasn't beaten a rival home in two runs here this year, most recently in January over this 5f trip. Gets some much-needed relief from the handicapper but not enough to appeal as a likely winner.
Drops another 4lb having struggled in two runs here last month over longer trip, this 5f may suit slightly better but still has a bit to find to get into the reckoning.
Record on AW, particularly here, is markedly poor and isn't getting any favours at these weights so hard to build any sort of case for turnaround in fortunes on the surface.
Was out of form in two runs over longer trip at this track in February and previous stats over 5f do little to inspire confidence this will be different.
Struggled to land any kind of blow in three maidens here so far, drops in trip for handicap debut but is likely to find it hard going again.
A nine-race maiden, four of those runs on the AW here and three this year. Uncompetitive in those three runs, he is dropping significantly in trip now and the 5f is an unknown factor.

Forecasts
Pillar (11/4), Sweetest Taboo (11/4), Battleroftheboyne (7/1), Shelbe (8/1), Iconic Figure (8/1), Sartori (9/1), Mr Michael (10/1), Olaudah (12/1), Slaney River Run (20/1), Bussa (25/1), Accladora (28/1), Sadie Babes (33/1), Gopsies Daughter (40/1), Art World (50/1)
Shelbe ran an impressive race here recently and should be in good heart but this 5f trip is a total shot in the dark and that tempers any enthusiasm to put her forward. Mr Michael has been running well enough recently to suggest he'll be involved at the business end off a reduced mark while Olaudah is also much lower in the ratings than when fading off the front end in his handicap bow in October. Pillar is probably the form pick on his close second over 6f at Wolverhampton two start ago but a tentative vote goes to ICONIC FIGURE. He came close in a maiden at this trip previously and has dropped to an appealing mark now while his claiming rider knows how to steer one home around here from a prime draw.
- Iconic Figure
- Pillar
- Mr Michael
