Mare out of Mahler hasn't cut much ice in three point-to-point outings so far and looks best watched in this first visit to the racecourse.
Beaten around a dozen-lengths in a bumper at Bellewstown in July and hasn't been spotted since. Could improve on that form and have some hope in first-time tongue strap.
Bit disappointing on sole bumper run at Punchestown in May, fading out of contention in the straight. Off since but represents champion trainer and ought to be capable of much better.
Second at Fairyhouse in December and since run respectable fourth in strong contest back at that venue behind subsequent Champion Bumper winner Fayonagh, entitled to leading claims in this company.

Struggling from a long way out on debut at Gowran Park in February in similar contest and cantered home, cannot be fancied on that evidence.
Has had three runs in this sphere already and no apparent signs of progression to note, unlikely to play a forward role here.

Ran well enough for a long way on Thurles debut in February before fading, entitled to be wiser for that run and may have more to offer, place claims not beyond her especially with Grand National runner-up Codd booked for the steer.

Gamut mare was never any sort of threat and pulled up in a point-to-point at Lingstown early last month and looks best watched now on rules bow.
Disappointing in two maiden hurdles last year though did post an improved effort switched to this sphere at Clonmel last month. Could have more to offer again.
Pulled up in point-to-point in February and quickly weakened out of contention later that month on rules bow at Naas, has to lift her game significantly to take a role here.
Doyen filly is new to the racecourse and trainer is not noted for bumper successes, likely seen to best effect when meeting obstacles.

Was detached and out of the race from 4f out at Naas on debut last month, gives her plenty room for improvement now.
Oscar filly is the yard's first bumper runner in over a year and record of 0-21 so far doesn't inspire confidence.

Dubai Destination filly represents a yard that doesn't tend to have many bumper runners (one in previous 12 months), but the booking of Katie Walsh is an interesting factor.

Verdict

CLASSIC THEATRE showed up well enough on debut at Fairyhouse in December and can easily be forgiven running fourth back there in February given the calibre of mares that finished in front of her. That is decent form and she can make it third time lucky in this sphere. Become Legend was well supported for her debut at Punchestown almost a year ago, but she didn't match expectations. She should be capable of much better than that, though it will be more reassuring once she demonstrates it. Jennys Grey ran well on debut at Thurles and jockey bookings here suggest much better may be forthcoming. Tina Marie maker her debut here and while the yard doesn't have many runners in this sphere, the booking of Katie Walsh doesn't go unnoticed. Wheres My Dodi improved last time out and should be monitored in the betting as a result.
  1. Classic Theatre
  2. Become Legend
  3. Jennys Grey
