Gone close on two most recent visits, latest 35 days ago beaten ¾L off a 1lb lower mark. Has two previous wins over this C&D and no shock to see him in the firing line again.
All three wins have come at 5f, including here in January when getting better of Strategic Force. Behind that rival and Go Kart when last spotted but is on the shortlist.
Doesn't tend to win as often as looks likely in races but did score over C&D in January. Since finished behind Go Kart on latest running while he has also been beaten by Oneoveryou this year. Hard to trust but likely to be in the finish.
Three time C&D winner, latest coming in January off a 5lb lower mark. Is very closely matched with the likes of Go Kart, Strategic Force and Oneoveryou and entitled to be right in the mix for the money.
Yet to win in seven starts, has plenty to find on the formbook and will be tackling the minimum trip for the first time now.
Mare beat Strategic Heights to gain sole C&D almost three years ago. She has some decent turf form in the book too but recent efforts are less than promising and beat just one rival home last month over 6f.
Has couple of wins at this track, most recently in October over 6f when just getting the better of Strategic Heights. Form since is a worry and was beat over 7L at this trip in February when last seen.

Very little to choose between what are likely to be the first five in the betting here. All have shown good form at the track, while none are consistent enough to merit a strong selection. Go Kart is holding his form nicely and has been found a good opportunity in this company while Oneoveryou has scored all his course wins over this trip. Strategic Force and Danz Gift are also very much in the mix and capable of scoring but the nod goes to STRATEGIC HEIGHTS, who won over 6f here last month and ought to relish this drop back in trip.
