Placed in a point-to-point in Ireland in December, he ran a promising race when fourth in a Southwell bumper on his debut for his respected yard. Well beaten in two subsequent novice hurdles, he needs to step up on those efforts if he is to trouble a couple of higher-rated rivals.
Pulled up and second of three finishers in two point-to-points, he is a second runner for the stable. He appeals as a chasing type on paper and is best watched on his debut under Rules.
Multiple winner on the Flat in France who boasts two eyecatching pieces of form in defeat at Cheltenham and at this track on his latest outing. The winner of the latter contest has since run well at the Cheltenham Festival so a repeat of that effort ought to be enough to see him lose his maiden tag over hurdles.
Has been plying her trade in AW Flat races, having had a brief, unsuccessful flirtation with hurdles in the winters of 2014 and 2015. Back over timber here, she has plenty to prove.
